Each piece we make is a labour of love, in its raw form the wool is unusable so after being knitted up we hand process and finish each one. This can take days in some cases but is essential for that quality finish we pride ourselves on.

This is a natural product, made from unspun wool that has been hand-processed to make it as durable as possible but as with all woollen products pilling may occur with heavy use. It can be easily cut or shaved off accordingly and is not considered to be a defect.
Please note that this pouffe is designed as a practical yet decorative item, it’s not built for heavy use and isn’t designed to be alternative seating, it is perfect for popping your feet up after a long day and will keep you comfortable for many years when looked after properly.
Spot clean any spills, I source all my materials responsibly and whenever possible source them from the UK.
We source our yarn from happy sheep. Due to its many magical properties and the fact that Lauren is allergic to a lot of other wool, we only use Merino.
Merino sheep are not native to this country so the wool itself is provided from farms around the world, however we are very careful where we do source our fibre from. Our Merino is from South America and the South African Cape and we don’t buy from farms that mules their sheep.
The best quality wool comes from happy sheep. If a sheep has a poor diet and general poor health its fleece will suffer. Both the quality of life for the sheep and the quality of wool it produces are hugely important to us. We have strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we can trust them and their practices. Merinos shearers are all trained well to do it as efficiently and kindly as possible and the sheep are a lot happier once their 5kg fleeces are off!
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then the customers right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at the customers own expense. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
If required, please contact us for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. The customer is to notify us within 7 days of receipt if unsatisfied with the product for any reason.
When returning an item, it is recommend that the customer use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
Delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £50 and costs £3.95 for orders under £50.
Large items/orders are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via Royal Mail.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Subject to wool stock availability, we aim to despatch DIY goods within 1-7 working days from receipt of your order and Made to Order goods within 2 weeks.
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, however, levels can be subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
