Knitting Basics
New to knitting? You're in the right place.
You've got this.
First, you need to cast on (get your stitches on the needle) Then you can get a hang of the two basic stitches – knit and purl. And finally you can cast off (so you can take your project off the needles and enjoy it.)
It always feels much scarier than it is but take it slow and let’s go through it together. Here are some videos to help and you’ll find printable tutorial sheets below for you to download if that’s easier 🙂
