We’re a little behind getting orders out at the moment, we’re super busy in the studio (THANK YOU!) and we’re waiting on a big wool delivery, but we’re going as fast as we can as know it’s important to keep you knitting, we apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment.
We send most parcels out with Royal Mail and they are under enormous pressure at the moment therefore their delivery times are varying from 1-10+ days if you’ve received an ‘order complete’ email from us then it is on its way and will hopefully arrive very soon. Royal Mails tracking is only showing when delivery has been made/attempted so we unfortunately don’t have much more information – please be patient (I know it’s hard when you want to be knitting!)
