We are available to help you amend orders, answer enquiries and if we’ve made a mistake we apologise and we’ll sort it as quickly as we can…. but a polite reminder that your message will be read by a fellow human, who’s also experiencing and navigating this bonkers situation. A little kindness goes a very long way.
In case this answers your questions:
We’re getting orders out very quickly at the moment and posting every other day, if there’s a delay with your order it’s likely we’re waiting for some stock. If we expect the delay to be more than 5 working days we’ll get in touch with you.
We send most parcels out with Royal Mail and they are under enormous pressure at the moment therefore their delivery times are varying from 1-10+ days if you’ve received an ‘order complete’ email from us then it is on its way and will hopefully arrive very soon. Royal Mails tracking is only showing when delivery has been made/attempted so we unfortunately don’t have much more information – please be patience (I know it’s hard when you want to be knitting!)
