This listing is for a one off subscription box, and is for anyone who missed out on a box from the Yarn Subscription and wants to grab it now before the next box is despatched. It is for the most recent box despatched and includes one box of yarn (colours and hanks depend on your choice) and not an ongoing subscription and does not include any additional ‘Treats’ from other small businesses….

If you missed out on the previous box and want to snag a one off subscription box before the next box leaves then simply choose the box you wanted: Seasonal or Surprise and then the number of hanks you want and place your one-off order. To continue a subscription for yarn boxes please sign up via the buttons above.
The one off subscription boxes do not include any other treats (our subscription boxes often contain treats sent from other small businesses! The one-off boxes are of course still packed full of your lovely yarn though!)
The Seasonal Box

The Surprise Box
The Surprise Box includes 2-5 hanks of yarn (depending on how many you choose) which will all be the same surprise colour. Please see the original Surprise Subscription listing for further info.

We source our Merino yarn from happy sheep.
Merino sheep are not native to this country so the wool itself is provided from farms around the world, however, we are very careful where we do source our fibre from. Our Merino is from South America and the South African Cape and we don’t buy from farms that mules their sheep.
The best quality of wool comes from happy sheep. If a sheep has a poor diet and general poor health its fleece will suffer. Both the quality of life for the sheep and the quality of wool it produces are hugely important to us. We have strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we can trust them and their practices. Merino shearers are all trained well to do it as efficiently and kindly as possible and the sheep are a lot happier once their 5kg fleeces are off!
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then the customers right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at the customers own expense. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
If required, please contact us for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. The customer is to notify us within 7 days of receipt if unsatisfied with the product for any reason.
When returning an item, it is recommend that the customer use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
Delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £60 and costs £3.95 for orders under £60.
Large items/orders are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via Royal Mail.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Subject to wool stock availability, we aim to despatch DIY goods within 1-7 working days from receipt of your order and Made to Order goods within 2 weeks.
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, however, levels can be subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
