Patterns arrive as PDF downloads via email and also saved to customer accounts. By downloading patterns within 2 weeks of purchase, customers consent to waive their right to the 14-day cooling off period and therefore will not be entitled to a refund.

Our personalisation instructions are a little PDF where we talk you through how to use super chunky yarn so you can add names, pictures or messages to your knitted gifts using chain stitch

We’ve used personalisation to add names to our super chunky stockings, tree toppers and Christmas sacks, numbers & letters to our advent calendar and mini stocking garlands, as well as added interest to our scarves and cushions. With written and visual instructions you’ll be able to master chain stitch in no time to create really personalised gifts for loved ones.
