Tree Topper Kit
Make your own tree topper to adorn your Christmas tree this year – everything you need to whip up one of these festive beauties is included in this knitting kit! Simple, quick and fun to make – you’ll be able to make them for yourself or give as gifts – they double up brilliantly as bottle cosies if you don’t want to pop it on the tree.
These mini Santa hats have been so popular over the last few years and I have been inundated with requests for a kit as you’d like to make them yourself – and when you ask, I always try to deliver! Ta-daa – here it is!!
Everything you need is included in this kit suitable for beginners.
The jumbo yarn that is included in this kit is unspun. Working with unspun wool is wonderful when you do it right, but please remember when you’re knitting to stay loose and don’t pull the yarn too hard else it will split.
Approx 25-30cm high (depending on your knitting tension)

We source our Merino yarn from happy sheep.
Merino sheep are not native to this country so the wool itself is provided from farms around the world, however, we are very careful where we do source our fibre from. Our Merino is from South America and the South African Cape and we don’t buy from farms that mules their sheep.
The best quality of wool comes from happy sheep. If a sheep has a poor diet and general poor health its fleece will suffer. Both the quality of life for the sheep and the quality of wool it produces are hugely important to us. We have strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure that we can trust them and their practices. Merino shearers are all trained well to do it as efficiently and kindly as possible and the sheep are a lot happier once their 5kg fleeces are off!
