Knitting Kit – ‘Filigree’ Mini Mohair Fingerless Gloves

A knit kit for confident beginners – these fingerless gloves are a beautiful knit to use your mini mohair yarn. They knit up quickly using just knit and purl, and a little shaping.

The fingerless gloves are made on straight needles rather than circular, and are sewn up afterwards. Delicate with a real ‘filigree’ feel to them, they are comfortable to wear and beautiful to gift.

The pattern talks you through how to make the pictured image, but there is plenty of yarn to make them longer if you’d like to go further up your arm – or if you’ve got a selection of yarn, why not use a second colour for the rib?

Top tip: This pattern uses two strands of yarn at the same time – find both ends of the same ball (one on the outside, one just inside the middle), place them together and knit as if they are one yarn.
