Knitting Kit – ‘Knit me Right Round’ Cardigan

The latest in our range of Super Chunky knit cardigans – and this one is knit completely on circular needles, meaning there is no sewing up required at the end.

An intermediate pattern, this design starts from the ribbed collar at the top and increases down with a gentle raglan style seam using M1 (make one) before splitting for the sleeves and knitting the length of the body. The sleeves are a lovely balloon style with a short ribbed cuff. It is knit in gorgeous garter stitch which gives a beautiful finish in our merino yarn.

The cardigan fit is true to size, so if you’d prefer it to be slouchy we recommend you size up. The measurements show the width but you can make it as long or as short as you like. We like a cropped bomber style personally, but this cardigan will lend itself to a slouchier longer length too.
