Life’s a Beach Bag – Knitting Pattern

Our cotton beach bag is big enough to store all of your beach essentials and comfy enough to carry around all day plus it knits up in just a few hours so you can be off out in no time!

This knitting pattern is just right for intermediate knitters, it is knit in the round using Bamboo Stitch. It is a great repetitive pattern and has such an effective look. It has a bottom gusset which creates shape and space, and it hangs really nicely on the shoulder or across the body. You can make the handle as long or as short as you like, depending on how you’d like to wear it.

We’ve knit the bag in a single colour, added a colour block bottom and also used two strands of contrasting colours at the same time to give a completely different look. If you’re using two colours, you’ll need 4 x balls of main colour & 2 of the accent colour.
